编程2个串联的sb8f

要串联连接两个或多个sb8f，只需连接link通道，如图所示。有线link-out（盒子n1）的盒子是主盒，而有线link-in（盒子n2）的盒子是从盒。要正确存储全部系统有线输入，只需按从盒上的autoset按钮即可。在输入读取和存储期间，所连接的sb8f的全部红灯（reading）将开始闪烁。在编程结束时，将启用全部sb8f黄灯（stored）（和各个输出），并且也启用红灯（reading）（表示启用了link-in通道上每个sb8f入口处连接的sb8f输出）。

夹具订制

agg可在机械手和模具间提供精i准的中心。

注塑模具内金属嵌件安放时尤其要注意这一点。

夹具agg...b 安装在eoat上，钢管 agg...c 安装在模具上。

一旦机械手向模具靠近，铁岭真空泵，夹具在压力的作用下逐步向钢管靠近，

并与之接触。

agg21-b 和 agg30-b 采用的是双动作安全弹簧，---在压缩空

气 (nc)缺失时设备的正常运行。

agg19-b 采用的是单动作复位弹簧(no)。

gripper for engagement

the gripper agg…-b is fitted on the eoat， while the steel bushing

agg…-c is fitted on the mould.

once the robot has approached the mould， the gripper is

pressurized，真空泵小型， thus it closes&engages the bushing.

agg21-b&agg30-b are double-acting with a safety spring to

keep the gripper engaged even without compressed air (nc).

agg19-b is single-acting with reset spring (no).

编程单个sb8f

在对传感器盒进行编程之前，请---有线输入处于所需配置（开/关）以启用输出。按下autoset按钮并按住3秒钟，直到reading红灯开始闪烁，然后松开。红灯（reading）闪烁表示微处理器正在读取和存储全部输入的状态。然后红灯熄灭，启用了输出。黄灯（stored）指示启用输出。

before programming the sensor box， make sure that the wired inputs are in the confguration (on/off) desired to enable the output. press the autoset button&hold it down for 3 seconds until the reading red light starts fashing， then release it.the red light (reading) fashing indicates that the microprocessor is reading&storing the state of all the inputs. then the red light goes off&the output is enabled. output enabling is indicated by the yellow light (stored).
